Starting as just a Mold Remediation company, Rich always wanted to do more and be the one-stop-shop for anything in your home. With the help of his team, he's continuing to work towards making that dream happen and constantly expanding our services.
If you work with us, you'll know the name Jeff! Jeff has been with MSG since 2011. He is a main point person for almost all of our projects and allowed us to upgrade the level of experience and knowledge we provide to our customers. He also enabled us to grow the types of services we have offered over the years.

Markham joined the company after he graduated from App State in 2016. You may have guessed by the last name that he is the founder, Rich's son. He grew up hearing, learning and helping with all things MSG, so adding him to the team was an easy transition! You'll find Markham doing a mix of things for us, from being out in the field, conducting reinspections, or on the backend guiding our new and upcoming CRM system.
Elliot carries a familiar name, he is Jeffs son! He's a hard worker who helps out with various labor activities on job sites. He's learned a great deal from growing up around the company and has proven to have acquired many skills through osmosis
Rylee now sits in on all of our team meetings. She maintains a strong presence in the office and is always there for consults. Rylee's’s interests include playing ball, in oh so many different ways..., Jeff, chasing squirrels, shadows, and ..she does love her treats and everyone that comes to her ranch!
